Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlusLooks website and AI virtual try-on service at pluslooks.com (the "Service"), operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (name, email address).
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered, we will delete the account immediately.

2. Credits and Pricing

2.1 Credit System

PlusLooks uses a credit-based system for virtual try-on generation:

• Each try-on generation costs 1 credit (base cost).
• Upgrading to 2K resolution costs an additional 1 credit.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

2.2 Free Credits

Upon registration, you receive 5 free credits as a welcome gift. These credits do not expire.

3.3 Paid Plans and Credit Packs

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Creem (creem.io). By purchasing a plan or credit pack, you agree to:

• The pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
• Recurring billing for subscription plans (monthly or yearly), which auto-renews unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and credits never expire.

2.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content and the immediate consumption of credits upon use:

• Used credits are non-refundable. Once a try-on generation is initiated, the credits are consumed regardless of your satisfaction with the result.
• Unused credits in credit packs are non-refundable after purchase.
• Subscription refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of purchase. Contact [email protected].

3. Virtual Try-On Service

3.1 How It Works

The Service uses AI technology (Wan 2.7 Image) to generate virtual try-on images. You provide clothing photos and/or model photos, and the AI produces a composite image.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated try-on images are simulations and may not perfectly represent how clothing fits in reality. Results are for reference only and should not be the sole basis for purchase decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated image.
• Generation times may vary. Most results complete within 30 seconds, but complex requests may take longer.
• User-provided prompts used for image generation may be screened by content moderation before generation. Prompts that are denied, flagged, or cannot be screened may be blocked.

3.3 Your Uploaded Content

• You retain ownership of all photos you upload (clothing images and personal photos).
• By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through our AI providers and store the results for your use.
• You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.

3.4 Generated Content Ownership

• You may use generated try-on images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not use generated images to misrepresent, defame, or harass any person.
• We retain the right to store generated images on our servers for service delivery purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Use the Service to generate, request, upload, or attempt to create any NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, nude, fetish, or sexualized content.
• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Use the Service to generate images of identifiable persons without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, evade, or manipulate content moderation or safety controls.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Service or its AI models.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization.
• Share your account with others or resell the Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

• The PlusLooks website, branding, logo, and original content are our intellectual property.
• The AI models and technology used are owned by their respective providers (APIMart, etc.).
• You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. Generated images may be used by you for personal purposes.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements.
• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated results.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Account Termination

7.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion:

• Your account data will be removed from our database.
• Your try-on history will be deleted.
• Stored images on R2 will be scheduled for deletion.
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon account deletion.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Remain inactive for an extended period (12+ months).

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of abuse or security threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers (AI, payment, storage).
• We are not liable for any loss of data, images, or credits due to technical failures.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled according to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
